Before we start, we need to know the type of communication system your X Series uses. If you have an X3 Remote, X5 Remote or X7 Lithium that have an aerial (all bought before July 2014) then select the top box. If you have an X9 Remote or X9 Follow (purchased after July 2014) which uses bluetooth communication please select the lower box.
