'Two customers for life.'

Dear Mark,

 

On behalf of myself and my wife I felt that I must put in writing our most sincere thanks for the superb service and support that we had received from everyone at Stewart Golf.

 

It has long been in our philosophy that in this life you get what you pay for, and so when we wanted to replace our electric golf trolleys we decided to investigate the Stewart Golf X1, and what a wise decision it proved to be. In these modern times when one buys a premium product one expects that, in the event of a problem, one would get a premium response from the manufacturer, unfortunately this is not always the case but such an accusation cannot be levelled at Stewart Golf, the lengths that you insisted in going to went far beyond anything that could be reasonably expected of you and for which we offer our very sincere thanks.

 

I spent nearly fifty years first in retailing and then in wholesale and one of the first things I was taught:- “It takes ten years to get a customer but only ten seconds to lose one.” I can assure you that you have at least two customers for life.
