If the trolley LED was off, this indicates that there is no power getting through to the electronics system.

The most common cause of this is a flat main battery. If you have completed less than 9 holes, it is likely that your battery has not been charged at all and you have used the remaining capacity from the last time you used the trolley.

Therefore the first thing to do is charge the battery, ensuring that a full charge cycle has taken place (please refer to your user guide).

If you are certain that the battery was fully charged, there are some other things we can check.
