1) The battery is totally flat and needs to be recharged or replaced
2) There is a faulty connection somewhere between the battery and the electronics
3) The electronics have failed completely and may need to be replaced

The easiest way to test this is to try your trolley with another battery. If you are unable to do this then you can send your trolley back to Stewart Golf for a service and assessment.
