The first thing to do is make sure the handset is working properly. Even if you do see a red light when you press a button, it is possible that the handset battery is weak and might not be able to send a strong signal to the trolley.

Step 1

1) Remove the screws from the back of the handset
2) Remove the rear outer casing from the handset
3) Remove the battery & press all of the buttons
4) Connect a brand new, premium quality battery
5) Replace the back half of the handset (sealing is optional)
6) Replace the screws, being careful not to over tighten them

Step 2

1) With the battery connected and wheels removed, test all operations again.
